I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season and thinking about the NY American Fisheries Society 2024 Meeting! To make sure everyone is able attend and share their exciting work, please read some important deadlines below for registration and hotel reservations.

The deadline to register for the meeting is January 23, 2024. This deadline is necessary to provide our venue with an accurate number of guests and ensures we will have plenty of food. LODGING

Blocks of discounted hotel rooms have been reserved for meeting attendees at three hotels conveniently located in Cooperstown, NY.

Please consider making your reservation at The Otesaga Resort Hotel as The Otesaga will host our meeting and it will benefit the Chapter if we are able to fill the entire hotel.

  • A block of 132 rooms has been reserved at $107 per person/per room/per night (if tax exempt please provide hotel with required documentation).
  • Reservations can be made by calling the Reservations Office M-F 8:00am-5:00pm and weekends 8:30am-5:00pm at 866-494-0085. To get the special rate you must mention the group name (NY American Fisheries Society) and the meeting dates (February 6-8, 2024).

  • Block reservations must be made by January 19^th, 2024.

  • A block of 20 rooms has been reserved at $99 per night (if tax exempt please provide hotel with required documentation).
