The 2020 NY AFS meeting in Lake Placid is less than 2 weeks away!
I write today to remind you to please register for the meeting prior to coming!
Registration will close on Friday, January 31st

In addition, I’d like to remind you to book your lodging if you haven’t done so yet.
The High Peaks Resort is full, however the Crowne Plaza has rooms available at the government rate for $125/night. Please call them and ask for this rate 518/523-2556.
The Mirror Lake Inn is offering a room rate of $162/night for our conference attendees. To book a room at the Mirror Lake Inn, please call Stephanie directly at 518/302-3030 for this discounted rate.
The program is being finalized and will be available on our website early next week!
President-elect Dan Stitch is still collecting raffle items as well. Please send him an email ([email protected]) if you have something to offer! Our raffle proceeds fund student travel awards, and everything raffle donation helps.
