Permanent USGS Fisheries Technician Open, Oswego NY

We are looking to hire a full time, permanent fisheries technician to help our collaborative Deepwater Science program in Lake Ontario. Our science informs Lake Ontario fisheries management and native fish conservation restoration throughout the Great Lakes basin. Field sampling duties for this job include multi-week surveys aboard the RV Kaho or day trips in a 26′ vessel sampling fish, eggs, and habitat throughout Lake Ontario.
