ABSTRACT SUBMISSION – Submit by midnight on 2/5

New York Chapter American Fisheries Society Annual Meeting
Virtual meeting February 24-26

**Abstract submission deadline February 5, 2021**

This is a friendly reminder to please submit abstracts for the 2021 Annual NYCAFS meeting by midnight.  This year’s theme is Embracing Diversity: Resilient Fishes and Fisheries. Please submit your abstracts within this theme and beyond.

Abstract submissions should include:

  • Title
  • Author(s)
  • Presenting author (please note if student)
  • Affiliation
  • Abstract (< 200 words).

Oral presentations should be recorded and no longer than 15 minutes in length. Maximum file size must not exceed 50 MB. Posters should be formatted as .pdf files.

The virtual meeting will be hosted in Whova where oral presentations and posters will be uploaded and accessible. Student presentations and posters will be judged.

Presenters will be notified of abstract acceptance by Monday February 8, 2021. Please contact program chair Matthew Altenritter ([email protected]) with any questions.
